1. Bidders are advised that there will be an OPTIONAL site visit to be held on the date and times specified within item 2.6.15 of the ITT. A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative at the side entrance of La Salle Academy, 373 Sussex Drive, Ottawa ON. Site visits will be conducted in small groups. Bidders are advised that they must preregister via email to Abeera.Akram@bgis.com by Aug 20, 2020 by 2:00 PM to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Bidder’s Representative being refused access to the site.

2. Please bring valid ID, work boots, hard hat and face masks. If socialy distancing is not possible face mask must be worn. Meet the Project Manager at the side entrance of La Salle building.
