Description

Remove and replace the existing doors on Water and Duckworth Streets (total of 8) that are already corroded and a plan to reduce/eliminate the same situation from occurring. Also, determine the best action to take regarding the grill and tiles in the Duckworth Street entrance and the existing tiles have no grip and can be slippery when wet with rain or snow. Determine if all door hardware requires replacement or if some of the equipment can be saved when the doors are replaced. Remove and replace light fixtures in Water Street entrance.

Event Note

Confirmation of intent to attend optional site visit must be sent by email a list of attendees to Shelley.Demont@bgis.com no later than August 14th, 2020 to register for the Optional Site Visit.
A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. Site visits will be conducted in small groups.
Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site. COVID-19 Site Specific Safety Plans and social distancing must be adhered to. Masks must be worn for the duration of the site visit.
