  All Proponents interested in participating in the Optional site visit are to register in advance by emailing full names, security clearance number, and phone numbers of attendee to procurement.carlingtunneys@bgis.com. Each firm will be limited to a maximum of one (1) attendee for this showing.  Firms failing to pre-register within the stipulated time frame may not be granted access to the site on the date of site visit.

  
  Note: Proponents may be required to attend site at a different time and/or date to accommodate quantity of attendees in adherence to Public Health Guidelines. If required, communication will be issued to Proponents via e-mail.

  Respondents who have pre-registered may attend an optional site visit. Respondents are requested to meet VALERIE CONWAY (343-999-4281) at the main lobby of R.H. Coats Building, 100 Tunney's Pasture, Ottawa  ON. Paid parking is available in designated areas per the Tunney's Site Map (Documents). Bidders will require government issued photo ID to sign in with
  security.
  
  COVID-19 Site Specific Safety Plans and social distancing must be adhered to at all times where possible. Facial coverings must be worn by all individuals where social distancing cannot be maintained. All individuals are to follow Federal and Provincial guidelines as they relate to COVID-19 preventative measures. All individuals are to bring their own pen to sign the Site Visit Sign-In Sheet.
