Description

Install a new engineered horizontal lifeline system to the existing roof anchors which will provide a continuous fall restraint anchorage loop around the main roof.
Install a non-penetrating handrail rail system around the perimeter of the penthouse roof. This handrail system is stabilized by a counterweight resting on the roof and is not anchored to the structure below through the roof membrane.

Event Note

Confirmation of intent to attend Optional site visit must be sent by emailing a list of attendees to Shelley.Demont@bgis.com no later than 10:00 a.m. (August 5, 2020)
A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. Site visits will be conducted in small groups.
Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site. COVID-19 Site Specific Safety Plans and social distancing must be adhered to. Masks must be worn for the duration of the site visit.
