Proponents are advised that there will be an Optional site visit to be held on the date and times specified within the item 1.5 of the RFP. A maximum of one representative of each Proponent, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the Optional site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative at the main entrance of 2301 Midland Avenue, Scarborough, Ontario. Site visits will be conducted in small groups. Proponents are advised that they must preregister via email to (benoit.raymond@bgis.com) by the date within item 1.5 above, to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Proponents representative being refused access to the site.
All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as safety shoes/boots and hard hat (optional but recommended in mechanical rooms).
