THIS PROCUREMENT HAS SECURITY REQUIREMENTS
BGIS is looking to hire a multi-disciplinary team of advisors to conduct a Carbon Neutral Study. The Carbon Neutral Study encompasses four (4) options for the future operations of the building (including building retrofit/renovation) with the intent of determining the best value to the Crown and the highest GHG savings potential. The Study will analyze and evaluate against the baseline for the current complex four options with increasing levels of enhanced long term sustainability and high-efficiency energy, GHGs and water performance.
