Each firm will be limited to a maximum of two (2) attendees for this showing. Firms failing to pre-register within the stipulated time frame may not be granted access to the site on the date of job showing and therefore not able to submit a compliant bid.

Respondents who have pre-registered must attend a mandatory site meeting. Respondents are requested to meet Valerie Bergland (613-853-4823) at Guardhouse #3 Entrance located at 60 Moodie Drive. Paid parking is available in parking lot “V”. Bidders will require government issued photo ID to sign in with security and to sign the mandatory on site Visit Attendance Sheet. Safety footwear is required and facial coverings if physical distancing cannot be maintained.
