PWG2777919-CT - Repaving PAV Entrance

Landscape works at and around the Pavilion Building located at 60 Moodie Drive. Installations include hardscape and softscape components. See project issued drawings and specifications for a complete description of the project scope and works.
The majority of the project scope is coated outside of the secure perimeter fencing with a small component being within the fencing. PSPC Security clearances are required.
Note the Substantial completion date requirement for delivery of all installations of October 16, 2020. Contractor will be mandated to meet this deliverable and the expectation of their tender submission is that they have the forces on hand to meet this deliverable.
