Description

Scope of Work/Overview:

In general, work under this contract consist of:

1. Abandonment of existing in-slab heating and cooling piping serving existing fan-coils FC-1, FC-2 and C-4. Disposal of existing ethylene glycol medium to system.
2. Modification of existing manifold #1
3. Installation of new exposed overhead heating/cooling piping to serve existing fan-coils FC-1, FC-2 and
C-4. Reinstatement of new ethylene glycol medium to system.
4. Cutting, Fitting and Patching as necessary to restore existing finishes.
