Bidders are advised that there will be an OPTIONAL site visit to be held on the date specified within the item 2.6.15 of the ITT. A maximum of one representative of each Bidder or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Project Manager at 770 Gibbons Rd, Renfrew. Site visits will be conducted in small groups. Proponents are advised that they MUST preregister via email to elizabeth.dalziel@bgis.com by June 16 at 2:00PM to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Proponent’s Representative being refused access to the site

Bidders are advised that they MUST pre-register via email to elizabethdalziel@bgis.com to be authorized to access the site. Failure to pre-register may result in the Bidder’s Representative being refused access to the site.
BGIS will contact all Bidders that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times.
A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit.
