The objective of this portion of the project is to analyze recommendations from the completed Carbon Neutral Study and determine the best approach to upgrading the existing HVAC system at the Dominion Public Building, Moncton, New Brunswick. This is a project which will be implemented as per the PSPC NPMS templates and process as identified for the Project Identification stage from investigation to completion and approval of preliminary IAR.
