Project Scope: The scope includes modernization of elevators 1-5 at 451 Talbot Street, London, Ontario. The GC is to refurbish machines and provide new controllers, door equipment and car and hall stations for cars 3–5. New controllers shall be third party non-proprietary and include control provisions to add Elevators 1 and 2 into the group with Elevators 3 and 4. The GC is to provide a “turnkey” modernization for a legal code compliant elevator installation in all respects.
