Description

The Sir Isaac Brock Building, constructed in 2003, will undergo a Carbon Neutral Retrofit. Similarly, under a separate project and scope of work, the building will undergo a Building Restack and Space Optimization to accommodate additional building occupants.
The complete Carbon Neutral Retrofit project and the Building Restack and Space Optimization project will be completed as part of a Construction Management procurement, which is planned to commence in 2021.
