"Basement:
Build permanent walls to convert the room into a boardroom, training room and a meeting room. New walls are to be built with steel studs. Soundproof walls and above ceiling tiles for continuous soundproofing (insulation). Additional electrical outlets will be needed in each room. Move lighting and ventilation to accommodate new walls. Install duct to connect the dehumidifier to the meeting room, boardroom and training room. Mark each data wire with the number located on the connection box (THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT). The Client strongly recommends puling 1 wire through at a time and labelling it before pulling another wire through. Install a TV mount and TV in the training room.
Dismantle all 12 workstations located in the basement and bring 3 of them to the storage unit (located at the airport; 50 Airport Drive, 2nd floor), bring 1 workstation to the 1st floor (PE, #10) and bring 8 workstations to 1st floor (room #204). The client will later move 4 of the 8 workstations to room #211 but only when the existing boardroom is dismantled).
Patch and paint the entire basement.
1st Floor:
The client will be responsible to assemble one workstation that the contractor will be bringing to this location after it's dismantled in the basement.
Move the 2 existing workstations (located in card production) closer together to remove the 19” gap. No construction required. The client will be responsible for moving these workstations.
Move existing office furniture; from Room #204 to 50 Airport Drive, 2nd floor"
