Description

Abatement of piping insulation in C1 Mechanical room at the Sir Charles Tupper building.
Remove and dispose of all designated substance containing mechanical pipe insulation in the C1 Mechanical Room; all abated pipe insulations should be re-insulated with material that is not prone to moisture damage. The contractor to provide isolated work space as per the NMS specification in this contract. Access to these isolated areas is controlled by the contractor.
