Statement of Work/Overview:

Work included, but not limited to:
Tenant Service project to modify floor space to accommodate additional occupants. Remove existing offices, add workstations and new meeting rooms. Project to be completed in phases as outlined in drawings and specifications. General summary as follows, refer to specifications for clarification. Third Floor: Relocate Lab Room to adjacent room to demolish walls and create open workspace to accommodate additional occupants. Relocate floor drain, with install of new, relocate existing cabinetry, patch and repair existing finishes. Modifications to electrical, HVAC, security, life safety, and data. First Floor Remove several office partition walls to create open office workstations and accommodate 12 occupants. Modifications to existing electrical, HVAC, security, life safety, and data. Patch and repair existing finishes. Third Floor: Remove several offices to create open workspace to accommodate approximately 52 new occupants. Addition of 1 new secure video boardroom, 1 meeting room, and 2 breakout rooms. Modifications to Ceiling, HVAC, Electrical, Life Safety, Security, Data, Lighting, carpet and finishes as required to suit new layout. Remove 2 workstations, and 3 offices to create an open workspace, with power provisions for special equipment. Contractor to coordinate the installation of new workstations as well as existing furniture. Procurement and installation of furniture, and cable terminations for data delivered by RCMP.
RCMP site specific clearance is required for contractors, and subcontractors as noted.
