Description

Evaluate and correct the existing condition of the mechanical shaft floor slab located in the
Brooke Claxton Building. There are multiple cavities in the floor slab that could potentially
affect its structural integrity. Additionally, the shaft is accessed regularly for service/inspection
therefore the existing cavities pose a safety risk to the staff accessing this shaft.
