Description

BIDDERS: Please RSVP to procurement to register for the MANDATORY site visit.

Work of this contract includes, but not limited to the following:

Removal of existing asphalt shingles and accessories (including fasteners and membrane);
Examination of all substrate surfaces (sheathing) and fascia and eaves;
Replace missing “H” clips as required;
Supply and installation of new roofing materials
- Asphalt Shingles (30-year architectural style);
- Flashings;
- Ice & Water shield at eaves and edge of the roof;
- Pipe flanges, drip edge, flashings;
- Maximum Air Vents (instead of ridge vent).
New Maximum Air Vents on the existing garage (existing roof to remain).
