Statement of Work/Overview:
Refer to project plans and specifications for specific scope; Work included, but not limited to:
Renovation of existing office space on third floor to accommodate new configuration and 2 boardrooms. Interior furniture relocation, and densification using existing furniture and equipment, with new only where necessary. Construct secure perimeter wall from slab to slab using mesh or similar accepted assembly. New fit up to adhere to high security construction practices such as: Slab to slab construction, mesh/security within wall assemblies, security measures for all penetrations (new/existing). Consideration for security separation of sub-client specific electrical and data for isolated security purposes. Associated relocation, and/or addition of new HVAC, Electrical, and Fire Protection components as required to meet applicable codes and standards. New boardroom within each space. Minor interior partition construction or relocation of walls and doors as required. Building Automation System (BAS) determine control points, and integrate HVAC system where needed. Complete systems verification and commissioning. RCMP site specific clearance is required for contractors, and subcontractors as noted.
