BGIS Workplace Solutions Inc. ("WSI") is inviting qualified Consulting firms to provide proposals and fee quotations for the provision of Consulting services for the completion of a Net Zero Ready (w/ recommendations for Deep Retrofit) Study for Kamloops Forestry Bldg.,1265-Dalhousie Dr. Kamloops B.C. WSI is delivering this project on behalf of the Real Property Division (RPD), Ministry of Citizens’ Services.

The successful Proponent in this Proposal call (the Consultant) will act as "Prime Consultant" and provide a team who can provide all required services and complete the assignment within the specified timeframe and budget.

The proposed team will include, as required, the following consulting
disciplines:
- Architectural
- Mechanical Engineering relating to HVAC and Plumbing
- Electrical Engineering
- Building Envelope
- Roofing
- Building Sciences

The Consultant will provide a dedicated Managing Consultant for the duration of the assignment whose role will be to direct, coordinate, and ensure completion of all activities.
