Building: Taxation Data Center - 1050 Notre Dame Avenue, Sudbury

Scope of work:

 

1. Supplier to investigate and determine appropriate vibration analysis/condition monitoring tool for BGIS use at 1050 Notre Dame Avenue
2. Supplier to obtain written approval by BGIS of type/style of vibration analysis/condition monitoring tool prior to ordering/acquiring.
3. Supplier to acquire and deliver agreed upon vibration analysis/condition monitoring tool to BGIS location.
4. Supplier to provide specific on-site training to BGIS technicians on acquired tool. Training to be that of ISO 18436 Category 1 recognized caliber.
5. Work to be completed during regular operating hours
6. BGIS staff to confirm/verify upon completion.
7. All Contractors and Subcontractors are to have appropriate security clearances prior to starting work.
8. Any additional work not outlined in the scope above is not to proceed without written permission by Property Manager. Additional work not approved will be covered at the Supplier’s expense.
9. All garbage and debris to be removed off site daily by Supplier
10. All work to completed as per applicable codes
11. Contractor is to abide by all BGIS Health & Safety policies and procedures.
12. Contractor is to maintain a clean and safe working environment throughout the duration of the project
13. The contractor is to sign in and out of the contractor logbook each day.
