GOC1246899-CT-BAG - Contractor Services - Replace Heating System Post Garage

Scope of work includes but is not limited to:
•           Replacement of packaged constant volume RTU with variable volume c/w installation of new VAV boxes and controls.
•           Replacement of gas-fired make-up air handling unit with new
•           Installation of new air curtains
•           Provide Shop drawing Log/Delivery log
•           Make good all areas impacted by Construction. Maintain Fire separation integrity.
•           Conduct Pre & Post Construction Air balancing/IAQ testing. Provide test results/reports.
•           Ensure all new / upgraded equipment are connected to BAS system.
•           Update CMMS form
•           Provide ESA permit
•           Ensure compliance with applicable Code regulations & Safety Acts requirements. Apply for Permit as required by the City.
•           After hours work required for all noisy, odour related work including impact to tenant space & base building system. After hours work required for any ultrasound / xray work prior to coring walls/floors.
All work should be completed latest by end October 2019.

Awarded GC to provide detailed Schedule with Work Permit, Access Form & SMOP, confirm number of escorts required per day & duration of work (start & end time) with BGIS & Commissionaires. Due to nature of site as a Federal government building, allowances/sufficient notice (minimum one week) must be made for scheduling. PHASING OF WORK WILL BE REQUIRED TO MINIMISE IMPACT TO TENANTS. Awarded GC to provide Phasing Schedule for approval prior to starting work on site.
