  1. Attendees must pre-register their attendance by sending an email to Peng.Lim@bgis.com before the date and time specified in item 1.5 of the RFP. The following information must be provided in the email: Full Legal Name, Company Name and address, RCMP Security Status, and valid RCMP Clearance #
  
  2. All attendees must hold at a minimum valid FA2 RCMP Clearance.
  
  3. Please refer to Section 1.6 of the RFP for more information.

  3. Attendees who does not pre-register to the mandatory site visit will not be allowed on site.
  4. The location of the site visit will be provided to the attendees who pre-registered for the Mandatory site visit.
  5. All individuals attending the site visit must present proof of identification. Individuals without the appropriate requirements will not be permitted to access the site. Individuals should also provide a valid business card.
  6. Please refer to Section 1.6 of the RFP for more information.
