      1. Optional Site Visit
        1. Proponents are advised that there will be an Optional site visit to be held on the date specified within the item 1.5 of the RFP. Attendees will meet the BGIS Project Manager at the BGIS office at 25 Eddy St, Gatineau, Qc.
        2. Proponents will be notified by Amendment of any changes to the date of the site visit.
        3. All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as: safety shoes/boots, safety vests, hard hats, safety glasses. Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site.
        4. Proponents are expected to carefully examine the site, fully inform themselves of the existing conditions and limitations and include in their fee proposal all costs required to meet the terms of the Contract.
